Been here 2 months. Love it. Quiet, friendly, everyone watches out for each other without being noisy. Great wash room, very reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone 55 or older.

Seems like great community , people are very friendly, they seem to have actives for residents. Mail box are up front so watch out for rainy days. Bus stop is right in front and runs on 1/2 hour till 4:30.

Favorite RV 55+park (campers/park models)!! We stay here for 6 months -October to April and it is great!! Lots of activities and dinners etc. and everybody becomes like family!!! The owners are super great!!
